1. Access to a property must be made available on the agreed date and time otherwise our standard callout fee will be charged.

2. Stains and pre-existing damage:
Mainland Cleaning agree to take due care and perform a high standard using approved industry standard chemical and equipment designed for the use in which they will be used.

We will assess area’s and note and advise on any concerns. We cannot guarantee the reversal of stains or pre-existing damage. We will discuss prior to starting the job any problems and potential outcomes. Should the client choose not to proceed you will only be charged our standard callout fee for your area.

3. In cases where there is pre-existing damage, underlying issues or where stains have been previously treated it is possible that cleaning may inadvertently cause further damage. In such case where this is not always obvious to us we would therefore proceed with our services in good faith.

In such cases you agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us liable in this regard and no payment for our efforts will be withheld.

4. Furniture:
Mainland Cleaning does not remove fragile items, electrical equipment or heavy items. It is the owner’s responsibility to remove such items unless a prior arrangement has been discussed.

The client/customer understands that any wooden or metal items must be kept off the carpet until it is completely dried. Failure to do so could result in damage due to staining and we cannot be held liable if this happens.

5. Payment:
Full payment is required on completion of work undertaken by Mainland Cleaning on the day. Payment methods include Eftpos, Visa, Cash, Internet Banking (prior to commencement of work)
